DESCRIPTION:Grand Funk Railroad will have a free concert in Hot Springs this coming Friday\, March 16\, 2018\, the night before the First Ever 15th Annual World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade. \nThis will be the first time they organize a free concert before the parade. The concert will start at 8pm on March 16. Several acts will be announced later.The band will perform from the World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade stage at the foot of Bridge Street in the Broadway Entertainment District.
