Oaklawn Racing and Gaming proudly brings you the 114th Annual Live Racing at Oaklawn, which will run until Saturday, April 14 on a Thursday to Sunday basis. Gates will open 2 hours before post time, usually at 11. And aside from the intense action of the live races, two of the highlights of the event are the traditional $0.50 Corned Beef sandwiches and $0.10 soft drinks, which are set to return on Saturday, Jan. 13. The Suicide Prevention Allies, an organization whose goal is to connect community organizations, public servants, and client-care providers with mental health specialists and anti-violence advocates, will be conducting a condensed training about suicide prevention on the 25th.
