One of Hot Springs’ biggest events, Spa Con, will be back for its third year. This time, it promises to be even bigger as the legendary queen of blaxpoitation Pam Greer is set to headline this year’s grand event. The annual multi-genre entertainment and comic convention will also feature such stars as Firefly star Sean Maher, voice actress Veronica Taylor, Butch Patrick of The Munsters, Sci-Fi star Michael Berryman, Leatherface himself R.A. Mihailoff, and Froggy Fresh.
Spa Con is an annual event hosted by the Hot Springs Convention Center in conjunction with the Garland County Library. It is a hobby convention that doesn’t only cover comic books and science fiction-related movies and televisions shows. It includes various pop culture and entertainment elements that encompass multiple genres such as horror, animation, anime, manga, toys, video games, graphic novels, webcomics, and many more. It is the perfect avenue for people to get their geek on.
The convention invites a variety of guests to participate in the events and provide insights into their latest projects, past movies, and their lives as a whole. There will also be autograph signing sessions with the various guest celebrities, cosplayers, artists, and many more.
The 3rd Annual Spa Con will be held at the Hot Springs Convention Center on September 21 to 23, 2018, Hot Springs, Arkansas.
