  • Legal drinking age: 21
  • Alcohol sales for off-premise consumption (grocery stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, and gas stations) are limited to the following days and times:
     
    Monday – Saturday 7:00 AM – 1:00 AM
    Sunday Not Allowed

*Alcohol sale on Christmas Day is prohibited, regardless of what day in which it falls

  • Alcohol sales for consumption on-site (bars, pubs, clubs, and restaurants) are subject to the following days and times:
     
    Monday – Sunday 7:00 AM – 2:00 AM

*Sale periods are of course subject to the establishment’s operating hours

  • It is illegal to drive under the influence of alcohol, which includes the operation of boats and jet skis.
  • It is illegal to consume alcohol in public other than a place of business licensed to sell for consumption.
  • Public displays of intoxication that put yourself or others in danger are illegal. This also includes acts that annoy others in the vicinity.
